Welcome to Canyon E-Bike Rentals! By accessing or using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Use
By booking a rental, you agree:
• That you are at least 18 years old
• That the information you provide is accurate and complete
• To follow all safety instructions and use the equipment responsibly
2. Rental Agreement
When you rent an e-bike from us, you agree to:
• Return the bike in the same condition it was rented
• Be financially responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during your rental period
• Wear a helmet and obey all local traffic laws and trail regulations
We reserve the right to deny rentals to anyone we believe may pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
3. Payments & Refunds
• Full payment is due at the time of booking
• No refunds will be given for early returns
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited at our discretion
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
4. Assumption of Risk
By renting an e-bike, you acknowledge that riding involves inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages resulting from your use of the equipment and waive all liability claims against Canyon E-Bike Rentals, its owners, and staff.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canyon E-Bike Rentals is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses incurred during your rental period. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canyon E-Bike Rentals from any claims arising from your use of our services.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect and use your data.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
